6/1. Darius Washington, 18, of 66 Academy Court arrested and charged with murder and unlawful possession of a gun in May shooting death of Sheikh Kakay on Weaver Court.

Firearm reports
5/27, 10:10pm, 19 Westminster Ave. Javier Rodriguez, 19, of the above address arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a gun/ammo and resisting arrest, and also on outstanding warrants for burglary and possession of Class B drugs. Rodriguez was arrested after an alleged brief foot chase when officers attempted to arrest him on the warrants. Officers allegedly found a loaded firearm in the suspect’s room following his arrest.
6/3, 6:58pm, 91 Bragdon St. Cambridge resident arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a gun/ammo, unlawful carrying of a gun, possession of Class D drugs and resisting arrest. Plainclothes officers allegedly observed suspect engaged in what they believed to be a drug deal as he stood on the street with his child. As officers approached, suspect allegedly pushed the child aside and ran under a deck and down an alley, before being arrested while trying to enter 114 Amory St. Officers reportedly found a loaded firearm under the deck that appeared to be recently discarded.

6/7, 7am, 3118 Washington St. Nelson J. Irizary-Alvarado of the above address arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a gun.
